The Event

The UK FanDuel Technology and Talent Acquisition team are hosting an in-person event on Thursday 15th August from 5:30pm onwards at our Edinburgh office. FanDuel will be hosting an evening of impactful and interactive technical talks, along with networking opportunities speaking to a range of tech professionals in the UK. If you are actively interested in speaking to someone from the FanDuel team about our current and future opportunities, please submit an application here.

What We’re Hiring For 

We are hiring mainly across our Software Engineering teams in the UK, particularly in our Core Product Experiences (CPE) domain. This area is responsible for engineering new features and maintaining existing core functions relating to our customers. These teams work across customer accounts, wallet, core marketing, responsible gaming and more!

However, we also regularly hire across Product, Quality Engineering, Data Engineering, Cloud and DevOps, Engineering Management and Tech Operations.

What Skills We Need

For our engineering roles, we are hiring across fullstack, frontend and backend teams.

You can expect to use some of the following tools/tech:

  • Frontend - React, TypeScript, JavaScript, React Native
  • Backend - Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Maven
  • Cloud - AWS, Terraform, Docker, K8s
  • General - Agile Scrum, Jira, Confluence, Datadog

Location: Our Scottish tech hub is based in central Edinburgh and is fitted with fabulous amenities including a gym, showers, bike parking, gaming pods, multiple breakout areas, meeting rooms, a roof terrace and much more. 

We operate a hybrid model for the majority of our roles, where we normally spend a day or two in the office per week.
