THE POSITION
Our roster has an opening with your name on it
We are looking to expand our VIP department for our FanDuel Racing product. We are looking to recruit a VIP Director of Racing to manage day-to-day operations for our Racing product while also building an industry-leading team. A key part of the role will be managing a high performing team of account managers who will be measured across their customer service levels and compliance targets. This role will liaise with other departments to identify new opportunities to ensure that our VIP customer base has the best experience possible with our Racing product.
THE GAME PLAN

- Effectively manage and coach FanDuel Racing VIP team in order to guide them towards the highest possible service levels in the industry.
- Ensure teams are operating with Compliance, sustainability and customer safety is at the heart of all we do.
- Collaborate with VIP adjacent teams to ensure cross functional prioritization of our VIPs
- Liaise with various departments to ensure optimum VIP Player journeys and processes
- Work with Talent team to screen, interview, select and train new hires
- Monitor overall team performance to ensure that VIP generosity and hospitality are offered in accordance with best practices
- Manage, track and report on VIP Player entertainment budget
- Meet and host VIPs at Hospitality events and mentor team members to do the same
- Deliver against company Responsible Gaming protocols and act as a point of facilitation for escalation
- Coordinate VIP Racing Management Team's task assignments and goals for successful TVG to FDR VIP Customer product transition.
- Provide oversight of VIP Player Reward programs and ensure adherence to company guidelines.
THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate
- 8+ years of experience in high end customer service field preferred
- 5-6 years in a team management position essential
- 3-4 years online gaming industry or horse racing industry experience essential
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passionate and demonstrate the ability to provide top level service
- Confident and people focused personality
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with Excel
- Ability to interpret and present data to senior management
- Execute targets and deadlines
- Excellent organizational and planning skills

The applicable salary range for this position is $ 133,000 -182,600 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
