FanDuel is looking to add a Staff Enterprise Resilience Coordinator to its team to help ensure FanDuel is effectively prepared in the event of a disaster, crisis, or disruption to normal business operations. The Staff Enterprise Resilience Coordinator will report to the Enterprise Resilience Senior Manager as part of FanDuel’s Cybersecurity team. This role will work closely with diverse teams in business and IT across the organization to support the company’s Resilience Center of Excellence, collaborate on various planning and testing maturity initiatives and help promote consistency and adoption of business continuity management. The role presents an outstanding opportunity to leverage your business continuity, crisis & incident management and planning tool expertise and experience. Critical success factors include a strong work ethic, attention to detail, commitment to the team and its goals, and an aptitude to quickly learn about a fast-growing company within an expanding industry.
THE GAME PLAN

- Champion the implementation of FanDuel’s resilience strategy, identifying and mitigating risks, enhancing organizational resilience, and ensuring continuity of critical operations.
- Document and maintain program framework methodologies and incorporate all phases of the lifecycle into planning life cycle including:
- Identifying and prioritizing critical business services
- Setting impact tolerances
- Mapping of interconnections & interdependences
- Performing scenario analysis & testing
- Analyzing, implementing, and tracking remediation actions resulting from scenario analysis & testing outcomes
- Collaborate on resilience initiatives with key stakeholders and partners across FanDuel including business continuity, disaster recovery, crisis management, enterprise risk management, cyber & data resilience, IT & tech resilience, and third-party risk management, to ensure a cohesive and coordinated response during crises.
- Develop and drive the adoption of program tools, templates, techniques, and metrics to ensure employees understand their roles & responsibilities in crisis situations.
- Conduct regular risks assessments to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities to the organization’s resiliency, both internal and external, and capitalize on opportunities to proactively mitigate exposure during incidents and/or disruptions of service.
- Performing an annual program self-assessment review to ensure the program aligns with changes in the business, regulatory expectations, and industry insights.
- Support tools and reporting that monitors, tracks, and reports on the relevant risks, early-warning indicators, and Company’s overall preparedness to leadership committees, including gap analysis of its critical assets and dependencies.
- Establish maintenance schedules for a continuous business impact analysis including resilience documentation, exercises, review and validation.
- Design and implement monitoring and reporting mechanisms to track relevant risks, corrective actions, risk indicators and FanDuel’s overall preparedness.
- Develop enhancements for business continuity management tool suite.
- Sustain and develop strong relationships with key business and IT planning partners.
- Maintain contact with professional organizations and local/regional/federal emergency response groups to stay informed about relevant laws and regulations to ensure the company’s compliance.

- Strongly desired, experience in implementing, maintaining and enhancing business continuity management software tool suites
- Strong knowledge relating disruptive incidents (incident management) and the impact on business continuity strategies
- Knowledge of industry best practices in resilience, risk and crisis/incident management.
- Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years business continuity program experience, managing department level planning portfolios
- Professional designation (CBCP, MBCI) · Demonstrated enterprise mindset an ability to promote a strategy, and design and execute goals and projects based on department and company the associated plans
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional presence and demeanor
- Ability to travel within the US and internationally, as needed

The applicable salary range for this position is $150,000 - $205,700, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
