The Position
This is an exciting Product Owner opportunity working on our industry-leading Sportsbook product.
In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing early life initiatives, conducting analysis to determine feasibility, and acting as a bridge between business and technology stakeholders across the organisation.

Your role will include being able to:
- Translate ideas into feasibility, complexity, scope, and customer outcomes.
- Lead early life analysis and delivery processes using agile and lean methodologies.
- Gather technical requirements from stakeholders for innovative and practical solutions.
- Design and implement story and backlog management structures; assist in prioritisation.
- Lead teams in breaking down complex work for prioritisation and delivery; facilitate effective workshops.
- Facilitate effective workshops, fostering continuous improvement and collaboration across the wider Flutter Group to streamline processes.
What We’re Looking For
- Business Analysis, Project Management, or Product Owner experience with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders to build detailed requirements.
- Ability to work both autonomously with minimal supervision and collaboratively within an agile team - you will be a supportive team player and quick learner who adds value.
- Exposure to high traffic/distributed and high throughput/mission-critical systems.
- Passion for Agile delivery processes with experience in stakeholder interviews and facilitating workshops; ability to define and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and sign-off processes.
- Experience in fast-paced environments, providing clarity to delivery teams when priorities change.
- High standards for accomplishment, self-awareness, and understanding of behaviour in various environments with the ability to constructively question, and actively listen, along with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.

We operate a hybrid model for the majority of our roles, where team members come together at the hub as required.
