We are looking for a Product Owner to join our high-performance agile team. This is a key role in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the business. We’re especially looking for someone who thrives in a team exploring innovations at the intersection of betting and live sports broadcasts. THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play
- Own the end-to-end product delivery of core capabilities supporting our strategic partnerships and media program
- Lead the elicitation and management of product requirements for third-party integrations, ensuring seamless interoperability within partner ecosystems
- Apply your product, technical, and commercial acumen to collaboratively define innovative solutions that solve business problems and enhance partner and user experiences
- Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to shape product strategy, aligning on clear objectives and measurable outcomes for the partnerships program
- Work closely with design and research to understand user pain points and partner requirements, translating insights into actionable product decisions
- Play a central role in agile delivery teams, helping define scope, prioritize work, and ensure successful, iterative delivery
- Act as a change champion, driving sustainable improvements across products and processes, and supporting the business throughout the transformation journey
- Be an active contributor within the FanDuel Product Owner community, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Research stakeholders to identify user challenges and make informed requirement decisions
THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate
- Minimum of 5+ years of previous product management, product owner, or technical project management experience
- Technical Working Experience: Successful track record working with APIs, data feeds, live events, and/or low latency systems is highly desired
- Previous Industry Experience in big data, fintech, payments, membership services, federated account management, SAAS platforms and/or e-commerce sectors highly desired.
- Someone who can self-manage and make regular progress on their assignments without guidance at every step along the way.
- Is used to working in a fast-paced environment helping to provide clarity to delivery teams when priorities change
- Strong communicator in both written and verbal. A natural storyteller, comfortable with building decks for and presenting in front of senior leadership teams.
- Thinks like a detective. Can get to the bottom of complex problems with resiliency.
- Believes that product management is a team sport but also wants to be the quarterback of the team.
- Has an innate habit for continuous reflection and improvement. Has a mindset that there’s always something more to learn, someone new you should meet and get to know, and has new ideas that will take our products to the next level.
- Being a sports fan and experience with sports betting or fantasy is strongly encouraged, but not a hard requirement.

The applicable salary range for this position is $94,000 - $117,500 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
