The Position
We are looking for a Product Manager to work within one of the most critical areas of the business - our Core Products & Experiences (CPE) domain.
You’ll be focusing on driving our business-to-business (B2B) products, working alongside Engineering and Design partners from across FanDuel. Your outputs will get used both internally and by our end customers, meaning you'll get to see the benefit that you provide on a daily basis!
Our Product Managers are responsible for the planning and execution of successful product initiatives. This is done through understanding and prioritising business and customer needs, defining product goals, and working closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders to bring solutions to life. The Product Manager ensures successful product performance through market analysis, a deep understanding of customer needs, and objective data analysis and reporting.
Some of your role and responsibilities are to:
- Inform, shape and drive the execution of product initiatives
- Continuously identifying and prioritising post-launch improvements as well as future initiatives and products
- Investigate and understand relevant metrics through data and customer feedback
- Track and report objectively on product performance
- Work with and on internal enablement tools and products
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment
- Be the Voice of the Customer for your team and set objectives that generate business impact
What We’re Looking For
- Solid technical background (education, building digital products, leading technical teams etc.)
- Experience with APIs, OAuth or SaaS products
- Working in cross-functional team environment (business, engineering, design and customers)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (stakeholder management, influencing without authority)
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, and proactivity to get things done
- Aptitude for planning, road-mapping and strategic thinking

We operate a hybrid model for the majority of our roles, where we normally spend a day or two in the office per week.
