THE POSITION
Our roster has an opening with your name on it
We are currently looking for a Paid Social Associate to support our social performance marketing team through campaign and platform planning, creative & strategy across our flywheel of products, predominately Sportsbook. This role will sit within the Marketing organization and serve as a direct bridge between Analytics, Planning & Marketing teams. If you have a passion for sports, are interested in social advertising, and enjoy working on multiple projects, we would love to hear from you.
THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play
- Develop and implement paid social strategies to drive new customer acquisition, conversion and overall program efficiency
- Collaborate with in-house buying team to successfully apply paid social strategy and execution within social channels (i.e. Meta, X, TikTok & Snap)
- Oversee campaign and platform budget + weekly & monthly forecasts
- Develop creative strategy and briefs to drive action across the full-funnel
- Work directly with platform reps on tactical strategy, innovation opportunities and creative best practices
- Support ongoing creative, tactical and audience testing
- Recommend new paid social strategies and formats
- Support in campaign and creative QA while building processes for reporting and budget pacing
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment and open to collaboration with cross-functional teams
THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate
- 2+ years paid social media experience
- Knowledge & experience working with social platforms (Meta, X, TikTok, Snap)
- Knowledge of social buying, platform formats & industry trends
- Background in performance marketing or lower-funnel conversion campaigns
- Experience with mobile-first campaigns and mobile measurement preferred
- Ability to develop campaign insights based on platform data and reporting
- Flexibility & ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- A strong communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done

The applicable hourly range for this position is $30.77 – 38.46, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation.
This role includes flexible time off (including unlimited paid time off for full-time employees) and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
