Seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Operational Excellence team. THE GAME PLAN:
Everyone on our team has a part to play
- Assist the team in evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, as well as developing and implementing solutions
- Conduct research and data collection to support key projects
- Track & report on site issues & operational errors on a consistent basis
- Assist in conversation with internal stakeholders to understand the needs of various departments
- Identify and escalate bugs and issues raised by customers and internal stakeholders
- Document and communicate team processes as well as results
- Opportunity to participate in presentations to senior leadership
- Assist all teams within Operations to improve their tooling through optimization, overhaul, or automation
- Assist on ad-hoc operational projects

The hourly rate for this internship position is $26.50.
