Seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Operational Excellence team. Take part in meaningful work and real-life projects as you gain an in-depth look into the inner workings of one of the world's premier sports-technology & entertainment companies. You'll learn from some of the most innovative and experienced minds in the industry and improve your knowledge regarding strategic business problem solving, process improvement, and strategic change initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Assist the team in evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, as well as developing and implementing solutions
  • Conduct research and data collection to support key projects
  • Track & report on site issues & operational errors on a consistent basis
  • Assist in conversation with internal stakeholders to understand the needs of various departments
  • Identify and escalate bugs and issues raised by customers and internal stakeholders
  • Document and communicate team processes as well as results
  • Opportunity to participate in presentations to senior leadership
  • Assist all teams within Operations to improve their tooling through optimization, overhaul, or automation
  • Assist on ad-hoc operational projects

  • December 2023 – May 2024 grad

The hourly rate for this internship position is $26.50.
