THE POSITION
Our roster has an opening with your name on it
We are looking for an Analyst to join our team. You will own analysis for FanDuel Group marketing teams in order to drive actionable insights about the business. You will work alongside a group of other analysts through various individual and team assignments to continually evolve the various tools, models, and data visualizations used to drive the FanDuel Group business.
THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play
- Work with other analysts to provide analytical support for the Customer Marketing function – across Sportsbook, Casino, and Daily Fantasy
- Create, modify and evolve models and data visualizations to support marketing execution, provide additional context to key stakeholders (internal and external), and better understand day-today performance of various KPIs
- Help solve business cases, find insights, and help the team understand key drivers of business performance
- Create and maintain automated reporting processes visible to group-wide teams
- Participate in presentations focused on using analysis to drive new business outcomes
- Field and fulfill requests for various business inquiries
THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in an analytics role required
- Bachelor's Degree in a highly numerate major (Math, Stats, Econ, etc.) or relevant experience in data and/or business analysis
- Strong personal organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a lot of ambiguity
- Expert in SQL and Excel required; experience with Python or R desirable
- Familiarity with A/B testing, including exposure to relevant statistics topics such as hypothesis testing
- Strong problem-solving skills, allied with track record of transforming data into actionable business insight
- Experience working in groups and leading smaller projects
- Experience collaboratively working with colleagues in other countries and time zones preferred
Interest in Online Casino, Fantasy Sports and/or Sports Betting preferred

The applicable salary range for this position is $64,000 - $80,000, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
