We’re looking for a Product Manager that’s ready to help our rapidly growing business implement a first-class loyalty program for our customers that ensures we are their Casino destination of choice. This will ensure we not only provide customers the best gaming experience in the industry, but also first-class loyalty features that recognize and reward users for playing with us. Your role will include understanding and prioritizing customer needs, owning the long-term vision of your domain, and partnering closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to bring solutions to market.
THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play
- Inform, shape, and drive execution of loyalty product initiatives for FanDuel Casino
- Establish and maintain domain expertise on the product, market, and competitors
- Assess product opportunities and spearhead the ideation, prioritization, and design of new initiatives
- Ensure transparency and alignment with organizational stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operational functions to ensure successful product deliveries and launches
- Identify, prioritize, and execute post-launch optimizations and improvements
- Track and report objectively on product performance and OKRs
What we're looking for in our next teammate
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a product manager or similar role required
- Proven track record of partnering with engineers and designers to deliver successful products
- Demonstrated success cross-functionally influencing teams without formal authority
- Excellent stakeholder management and critical thinking skills
- Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects while effectively balancing scope, resourcing, time, and quality
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability for goals and deliverables
