THE POSITION

We are looking for an Intelligent Automation Implementation Analyst to be an instrumental part of delivering a transformational automation program across the FanDuel Group. You will work alongside teams throughout the business to identify Intelligent Automation opportunities for our most time-consuming and sticky problems. You will use your creativity and determination to optimize business processes, craft requirements, and work with a team of automation engineers to deliver the best automation solutions, using the latest innovative technologies, across all departments of the FanDuel Group.

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play
- Review and help refine automation business cases to optimize, improve and automate business processes to deliver the desired business outcome.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate stakeholder workshops to define scope of automation projects.
- Lead workshops with subject matter experts on requirements gathering and unpacking.
- Provide education and guidance to stakeholders on capabilities of technologies used in automation.
- Write detailed business requirements documents.
- Create process documentation and process maps and designs, in collaboration with process owners and Automation Solutions Architect and Automation Engineers.
- Collaborate with the Automation Engineers to develop and manage QA and maintenance process for the projects delivered.
- Engage cross-functionally with external technology and product teams to ensure smooth project management.
- Work closely with the Automation development team during requirements review and implementation phases, ensuring complete and accurate implementation, and promptly addressing questions raised.
- Align on success criteria. Ensure projects benefits are tracked and agreed with stakeholders.
- Lead, coordinate and manage automation projects from ideation to solution delivery to ongoing maintenance and support.
- Oversee multiple automation projects and ensure they meet organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with team leaders to prioritize automation backlog.
- Define acceptance criteria in collaboration with QA, ensuring user accepting testing delivers high quality results for our business stakeholders.
- Lead demos of completed projects for key stakeholders.
- Create and maintain visualizations to track and report performance of the Intelligent Automation program
- Communicate status of in-progress initiatives, keeping peers and managers informed.
- Conduct workshops to promote automation awareness and knowledge sharing.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in automation technologies and AI.
THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate
- 2+ years of experience, with significant project leadership in automation
- Business Analysis Certifications with RPA platforms preferred
- Knowledge/experience in delivering projects with AI, Python and RPA
- Experience with UiPath products or other RPA vendors preferred
- Familiar with Power Automate or other low code/no code technologies
- Familiar with Task Mining products to analyze organization-wide processes
- Knowledge of Process Mining and its application to uncover automation opportunities
- Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating stakeholder workshops
- Ability to constructively challenge and question as well as actively listen
- Experience working in a culturally diverse environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship management skills – ability to collaborate effectively with business users, Automation engineers and leadership

The applicable salary range for this position is $74,000 - $101,200 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
