THE POSITION

FanDuel is looking for an Identity Governance Analyst to be part of the Security Assurance and Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) team. The ideal candidate for this role will organize communications, document process and training materials, partner with stakeholders throughout the assessment lifecycle, monitor ongoing campaigns and related metrics, support the end-to-end identity and access management lifecycle. Superior relationship building and people skills are of paramount importance to succeeding in this role, as is a strong work ethic, attention to detail, a commitment to being a team player, and an aptitude to quickly learn the nuances of a fast-growing company within an expanding industry.

 

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM) user lifecycle process, including user activity monitoring, access re-certification, Segregation of Duties, reporting etc. 
  • Support campaign lifecycle and audit calendar adherence.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for Application and Technical owners integrating into the IGA tools set including assistance to office hours, corresponding to any communication tools. 
  • Create campaigns / maintenance for user access reviews (UARs) and privileged access reviews (PARs). 
  • Assist in metric gathering for dashboards to provide data driven action items. 
  • Enhance overall Access Review experience for customers. 
  • Assist with in-depth analysis and evaluation of findings, identifying potential gaps, vulnerabilities, risk assessments, and emerging risks. 
  • Monitor and track ongoing issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation as necessary. 
  • Assist in preparation of comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and executive stakeholders, highlighting key findings, trends, and recommendations related to IGA. 
  • Support daily security controls including monitoring JML process and actioning on Critical and High impact findings. 
  • Contribute to and drive cross-functional initiatives and projects aimed at enhancing the organization's overall Identity Governance program. 
  • Validate revocation process effectively executed based on gathered actions from campaign data.
  • Help influence a culture of risk awareness.
  • Support security programs, administrative tasks, and other duties as assigned. 

 

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Identity Governance or Identity Access Management, information security, IT auditing, or equivalent experience. 
  • Demonstrated knowledge in creating and maintaining Access Review Campaigns. 
  • Understanding of the Identity Governance ecosystem and SOX ITGC testing lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate technical and regulatory requirements into actionable risk assessment activities. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and documentation for team lead, senior management, and executive stakeholders. 
  • Ability to easily adapt to a rapidly evolving, fast-paced, cyber security environment as it relates to changes in strategy or risk. 
  • Public Cloud experience preferred. 
  • Jira experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Professional presence and demeanor.

The applicable salary range for this position is $102,000 - $134,000, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
