THE POSITION

FanDuel is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR Operations team. This role will contribute to implementing HR policies and programs, execute core HR processes, while being the first point of contact for all HR matters. The ideal candidate is proactive, has a hunger for learning, a process improvement mindset and a strong technical skill set! 

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Communicate with the broader HR team to ensure consistency of policies, practices, and operations
  • Respond to employee inquiries by providing information, guidance, and direction on programs, processes, and procedures
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
  • Own the data integrity for assigned client groups, regularly auditing and updating data
  • Execute all core HR processes and employee documentation, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and changes to employment status
  • Coordinate and deliver new hire orientation and onboarding, including generating new ideas and making improvements to existing processes
  • Generate reports and analyze data related to employee demographics, and other HR metrics for respective client groups
  • Assist in the implementation and coordination of HR programs, projects, and initiatives
  • Work with team to define, document and continuously improve processes
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and relevant labor laws
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies and programs
  • Other duties may be assigned to fulfill FanDuel's objectives and/or job duties, and requirements may be changed as needed to meet current and future business needs

THE STATS

  • Minimum 1 year of Human Resources related experience preferred
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions, and change course of action quickly
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to build relationships
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Technically savvy with specific experience using Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • A curious thinker with a go-getter personality
  • Proactive, process optimization, and data driven approach

The applicable salary range for this position is $25 / hour - $31.25 / hour, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation.

This role includes flexible time off (including unlimited paid time off for full-time employees) and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
