THE POSITION

FanDuel is looking for a Games Specialist to drive content roadmapping across FanDuel Casino’s footprint. You will play a key role on the Casino Games team by working with our providers to plan and release top quality games. In this highly collaborative role, you will work alongside multiple departments within the organization including – Promotions, Product Marketing and Gaming Operations – to deliver an industry-leading games portfolio to our players. THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Work with FanDuel’s third-party game providers to plan and manage the content roadmap for all jurisdictions
  • Communicate FanDuel’s robust games roadmap to our key internal stakeholders, driving collaboration and organizational alignment
  • Support the planning of exclusive and bespoke games and their related product marketing and promotional initiatives
  • Collaborate with Games Managers to influence the overall team strategy, ensuring FanDuel continually provides players with the top games in their market
  • Serve as the primary point-of-contact for all roadmap items including upcoming games, go-to-market planning and backlog strategy
  • Perform competitive market research to ensure we are bringing the strongest possible games offering to all players
  • Demonstrate a willingness to expand your knowledge of the industry and go the extra mile to help FanDuel consistently deliver a best-in-class Casino product

 

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital content management or a similar role
  • Industry experience preferred but not required. Individuals with transferrable skills in digital content management, relationship management, project/product management will be considered.
  • Ability to manage a large roadmap of casino games, spanning multiple jurisdictions and 20+ game providers
  • A strong multi-tasker with the ability to navigate complex operational processes while working with urgency and delivering consistent results
  • As a skilled communicator, you’ll build strong, sustainable business relationships with a diverse and global group of colleagues and external partners
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Must have a strong sense of ownership and accountability for individual goals and project deliverables
  • Great problem-solving ability and strategic thinking with an interest in expanding industry knowledge and taking on new projects
  • Previous experience working within a Product org, managing third-party strategic partnerships, and/or working with Tableau (or other analytics platforms) and CMS software is a plus
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

The applicable salary range for this position is $64,000 - $88,000, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
