THE POSITION:
Our roster has an opening with your name on it
We’re looking for a Games Content Director that’s ready to help lead our rapidly growing business to become the home of the best games content. You will focus on the needs of the US customer, keeping their tastes and preferences front of mind to bring them the best content in the industry. You will own the day-to-day relationships with all of our 3rd party suppliers and will ensure we’re maximising growth opportunities to help establish FanDuel Casino as the #1 brand in the market. You will keep a close ear to the ground to find opportunities to onboard new game suppliers, access exclusive games, and create bespoke games for FanDuel. You will be the go-to person in the business to understand how our suppliers and content are performing across all states and platforms, working with our suppliers and internal teams to ensure that these players have no place better to play. Finally, you will lead a team whose job is to be the experts on the games we offer and the markets we operate in, providing actionable insights to colleagues around the business.
THE GAME PLAN:

- Creating and leading a high performing team who will be the SMEs for all things games insights & performance
- Define and lead our Market and Customer research strategy to understand the right games and experiences to bring to our customers
- Set out and deliver on our games content strategy that ensures we provide customers the best games content in the market
- Managing and owning the content positioning on site across our Casino experiences
- Working with our game suppliers to line up exclusive and bespoke games from our in-house and 3rd party game providers
- Understanding and acting as the point of contact for any regulatory items
- Monitoring performance of games and ensuring we optimize where possible
- Closely monitoring competitors and market trends and ensuring we remain ahead of the competition
- Define ways of working with various teams in the business to ensure we maximise internal working relationships
- Optimising the game and promotional release processes to ensure the highest of quality
THE STATS:
What we're looking for in our next teammate
- A leader who can motivate a team and colleagues with their vision
- Proven experience to define, implement and execute a growth strategy
- 5+ years’ experience in an iGaming Casino role with a passion for Casino and Slot games
- A skilled relationship manager, you’ll build strong, sustainable business relationships across the business and externally
- A strong sense of ownership and accountability for goals and deliverables
- Experience of project management processes and demonstrates strong organization and influencing skills.
- Dynamic, agenda setting individual capable of working within a multi-location team and across multiple markets
- Excellent communicator and presenter of ideas

The applicable salary range for this position is $137,000 to $173,000, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation.
This role includes flexible time off (including unlimited paid time off for full-time employees) and 13 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
