THE POSITION

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join the Customer Marketing team to help bring FanDuel’s promotional strategy to life. This includes ensuring our customers are top of mind, have a positive experience and continue to choose FanDuel as their go-to Sportsbook and Casino.
THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play
- Support the end-to-end promotion creation process for Casino and Sportsbook; including design, testing, setup, publishing, QA, fulfillment and merchandising in the app and web.
- Monitor and audit our platform content to ensure team KPIs on timing and accuracy are met or exceeded.
- Contribute to improving the quality and efficiency of internal Marketing Operations processes and tooling to deliver promotions at scale and improve quality of life for team members.
- Act as a primary source of knowledge on the customer experience and provide feedback on strategic issues and opportunities across the business.
- Collaborate closely with key partners in Marketing, Commercial, Product, Customer Service, and Risk & Trading to plan and deliver promotional campaigns and long-term improvements.
- Master internal tooling to evaluate risk and lead triage efforts to reduce cost of errors & improve customer satisfaction.
THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate
- 1+ years of work or internship experience in a marketing environment.
- Bachelor degree in business or marketing preferred
- Quick learner with strong communication skills.
- Team player - someone who is willing to roll up their sleeves to complete a task.
- Highly organized, methodical planner, with extreme attention to detail.
- Creative thinker and problem solver; for short- and long-term initiatives.
- Experience monitoring and tracking KPIs.
- Required to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Experience using CMS tools and Photoshop is a plus.
- Knowledge of sports and/or experience working within a heavily regulated industry is a plus

The applicable salary range for this position is $54,000 - $70,000 CAD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: extended medical, vision, and dental coverage; life insurance; disability insurance; a retirement program with employer contributions; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes 13 holidays and two (2) floating holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with applicable Canadian law.
