THE POSITION
Our roster has an opening with your name on it

We’re looking for an Acquisition Manager focused on Conversion who’ll lead on improving every customer touch point from considering signing-up to FanDuel Casino through to full activation. This role will be responsible for leading the conversion strategy with data-driven decision making and commercial savvy to drive company growth through our Casino product. This is a high profile role with the opportunity to make a material impact on the business outcome for FanDuel Group.


THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Obsess about the customer journey from media exposure through activation, building a strategy for identifying opportunities to grow value in by improving each stage of the funnel.
  • Define KPIs, then develop a cadence and process for reporting against them.
  • Identify data gaps to improve the quality of data to ensure we are making informed decisions using a single source.
  • Build a process for how we work with product to ensure we are reporting on the right metrics, as well and the context behind performance.
  • Work seamlessly with Conversion leads from across different FanDuel Group Business Units to share knowledge and drive a unified approach.
  • Mature our conversion practice constantly iterating and improving our reporting, insights, experiments, and partners.
  • Lead conversations with product and content teams to continually improve the end-to-end new customer experience from response to conversion.
  • Own and consider App Store Optimization as part of the Conversion landscape, managing a robust test & learn ASO optimization roadmap.
  • Foster a test and learn culture that continues to improve our performance and processes
  • Raise the bar for how we think about our new customers and the experience that we deliver for


THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial, digital or growth marketing with a focus on consumer acquisition and conversion preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of managerial or mentorship experience preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or Analytical field (or other relevant discipline) preferred
  • Proven Growth mindset; Product led, data driven, and highly creative
  • Proficient in a range of tools across the marketing stack (Amplitude and Quantum Metric highly desirable)
  • Results oriented, with the need to be objective and measure performance
  • Metrics driven and continuously seeking improvement of marketing efforts to increase quality and productivity
  • Track record of delivering business outcomes
  • Strong analytical rigor to your decision making
  • Ability and eagerness to effectively balance the big-picture strategic work with execution
  • Demonstrably customer obsessed
  • Interest in the Online Gaming Industry preferred

The applicable salary range for this position is $99,000 - $136,400 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
