We are currently looking for an Acquisition Strategy and Planning Associate to join our casino team to drive customer acquisition, activation, retention & monetization The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing and our customer’s early experience on the product. You will support the fulfillment and testing strategy of different offers to our growing audience. A successful candidate will be a self-motivated and organized individual with high attention to detail who is able to make quick but well-informed decisions and back them up with data driven results.

THE GAME PLAN:
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Support and execute on a variety of Sportsbook & Casino Growth initiatives.
  • Shape our offer strategy and fulfillment of promotions to maximize cut through within the industry, while understanding the need for a balanced approach between customer value & ROI.
  • Obsess over the industry – dissect and regularly present on the competitive landscape, while researching industry trends and new techniques to continuously look for new ways to improve our conversion efforts.
  • Work closely with Product and Technology to test and optimize acquisition and engagement opportunities within the product experience
  • Lead QA efforts on email and mobile to ensure all campaigns are accurate, render properly and adhere to channel best practices.
  • As needed, evaluate potential marketing and strategic partnerships, acquisitions and business development opportunities.

THE STATS:
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Minimum 1+ years of marketing experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic record and/or proven relevant experience in a performance marketing role at either an agency or on the operator side
  • Meaningful experience working with performance marketing and media metrics (CPM, CPI, CPA, CPC & LTV) and understanding of the utilization and relationship between them
  • Comfortable managing concurrent projects in an ever-evolving, fast-paced landscape
  • Analytically driven with strong understanding of underlying data and methodologies used to inform decision making and drive performance management
  • Strong understanding of marketing, testing and reporting methodology
  • Knowledge of the marketing landscape
  • Strong Written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interface with a wide range of internal teams and ability to build strong relationships internally and externally
  • Strong excel skills preferred
  • Meticulous attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, project management skills, and ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Knowledge or understanding of the business and culture of sports and gaming preferred
  • Experience working across multiple businesses within a larger corporate structure is preferred

The applicable salary range for this position is $55,000 - $80,000, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation.This role includes flexible time off (including unlimited paid time off for full-time employees) and 13 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
